How do distance tarot readings work?

The real answer is “every bit as well as in-person ones do.” But if you’re asking about the process, here’s an overview…if after reading it you still have questions, feel free to ask.

Since my client is not here to physically shuffle for me, I just ask my hands to operate on their behalf, basically. I focus on them & their question for a good while before I begin, then shuffle however it happens. I discuss the cards exactly as I would if someone were sitting in front of me, with the same explanations, and sometimes a bit of a description of what the card actually looks like if I feel they need to know. As long as I’ve given my hands over to being their hands temporarily, there’s never any problem.

I believe that being clairsentient helps in regards to reading for people long-distance. Basically what that means is that I get intuitive “feelings” or “impressions” while reading that help to guide me and the cards. I can also “read” people long-distance this way some times, though that works better if I have them in live chat. I basically think that this gift helps to connect me to my client in such a way that the long-distance part is not really important any longer. I have yet to be told that an email reading I did was inaccurate.

I take a photo of the reading always and attach it to the email. I discuss the meaning of the card’s position as well as the meaning of the card itself. At the end I follow up with a bit of “synthesis” — basically, I try to tie the meanings together in a cohesive whole, an entire picture that is an answer to the question.

I will be keeping copies of my clients’ readings on file as well as sending it to them in case they should wish to revisit it.
